Some of the latest weather data suggests the Triangle may see around 1 to 3 inches of snow through tomorrow morning with somewhat higher amounts possible north of Raleigh toward the Virginia border. Because of that, the National Weather Service this afternoon has posted a Winter Storm Warning for areas north of the Triangle for tonight through tomorrow morning. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the same time period from the Triad through the Triangle to Wilson and Goldsboro.
